1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Include all tags, accessories, manuals, and components
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
• Personal care items
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital products
2. Return Process

• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will send you:
• Instructions for shipping your item
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
• Customer-initiated returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable items:
• Shipping fees
• Express shipping upgrades
Partial refunds may be granted if the item:
• Shows signs of use
• Is missing parts
• Is returned outside the allowed window

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos of:
• The damaged product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
