Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after your order has been processed.

We ship using trusted couriers:

  • The Courier Guy

  • Pudo Lockers

  • PostNet to PostNet

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or collection PIN depending on the delivery method.

4. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • High-order volumes

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect address details

  • Public holidays or unforeseen disruptions

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays outside our control may occur.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged)
    We will assist with a replacement or appropriate solution in line with courier policies.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address or locker information is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned or delayed due to incorrect details, additional delivery fees may apply.

7. No International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within South Africa.
